Turnkey Biobank Development

BioRep designs and develops turnkey biobanks for hospitals, universities, public and private research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech companies, managing the entire operational cycle, from the definition of technical and structural requirements through to system commissioning. The service includes the design and construction of storage facilities compliant with international standards, drawing on consolidated experience gained through the development of more than 60 biobanks in Italy.

The offering includes the supply of cryopreservation equipment, such as cryogenic containers, mechanical freezers, liquid nitrogen distribution systems, and monitoring and control systems for critical equipment and environmental parameters. All systems can be validated to ensure operational continuity and the safety of biological material.

BioRep also provides specialized technical support services, with 24/7 monitoring of critical parameters and technical interventions on infrastructure, equipment, and control systems, ensuring the reliability and safety of the entire biobank.

Biobanks can also be integrated with a certified Disaster Recovery Plan service, designed to ensure business continuity even under emergency conditions through redundant systems, backup facilities, and procedures authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health.

The service is completed by Total Bank Management solutions, which include the management, monitoring, traceability, and logistical support of the entire biobank, provided by personnel trained by BioRep at its own facility, ensuring consistent standards and full regulatory compliance.
